3. Quotations and Contracts
Quotations are based on the information provided during site surveys, including shading analysis and structural assessments.
A contract is only formed once a formal quote is accepted in writing and any required deposit is paid.
Prices for domestic solar and battery systems typically range from £5,000 to £15,000+.
4. Compliance and Accreditations ElectraTek operates under strict industry standards:
MCS Certification: Required for all solar and battery installations.
NICEIC/NAPIT: Ensuring electrical competency for all domestic and commercial works.
OZEV Approval: For grant-eligible EV charger installations.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide safe access to the property for surveys and installations.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have any necessary planning permissions, although ElectraTek will manage the technical DNO applications.
6. Liability
ElectraTek Lincoln Limited is not liable for delays caused by third parties (e.g., equipment manufacturers or grid operators) or unforeseen structural issues at the property.
We maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance as required for our industry accreditations.
